Terms of service.
These terms cover access to the Kyo Auth platform and anything delivered through it.
Scope
These terms apply to every client granted access and to anyone acting on a client’s behalf. Accepting access means accepting them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
Access
Access is granted by application and is personal to the client it is issued to. Credentials and project access may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written agreement. Reseller sub-accounts are the exception and are created through the platform itself.
Acceptable use
There are limits on what we will protect, and we enforce them.
- Nothing designed to damage a system, take data from it without consent, or give unauthorised remote access.
- No credential harvesting, payment fraud, or tooling built to compromise other people’s accounts.
- Nothing that infringes somebody else’s copyright, including redistributing another developer’s work as your own.
- No attempts to attack, probe or reverse engineer our own infrastructure.
We review what we take on. Where something falls outside these limits we will remove it, and depending on severity we may end access without refund.
Your work
Your source stays yours. We process it to produce builds and for nothing else. We do not redistribute it, and we do not use it to build competing products. Your user and key records are exportable at any time, and if you leave you take them with you.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and monitor it continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Where a specific service commitment applies to your project it is set out in your individual agreement rather than here.
Billing
Terms are agreed per project in writing before access begins. Fees are billed in advance for the agreed period and are not refundable once a period has started, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to deliver what was agreed. A payment dispute raised without contacting us first will suspend access while it is resolved.
What we claim, and what we do not
We state that no build we have shipped has been publicly unpacked or reposted as readable source to date. That is a statement of record, not a guarantee of future results. No protection of this kind is permanent, and we do not claim otherwise.
We also make no claim about how any third party system, platform rule or enforcement mechanism will treat your software. That is outside our control and separate from what we provide.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time; fees already paid for the current period remain due. We may end access for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or for conduct that puts other clients at risk. Where we end access without cause we refund the unused portion of the current period.
Liability
The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost users or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before a claim.
Privacy
For clients we hold the contact details you give us and your billing records. For your end users we process keys, device identifiers and timestamps — the minimum needed to operate licensing and detect account sharing.
We do not sell data and we do not share end user records between clients. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain something.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are sent to clients before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform afterwards means accepting them.
